What is your availability?I am currently PT-ing Monday-Friday mornings and some weekday evenings. Please contact me to find out my current availability. I try to be as flexible as possible to all of my clients.

Are your services expensive?This depends soley on your own income and personal circumstances but my prices are reflective of the level of service that is offered. You are not just paying for your one hour training session, you are paying for guidance and support outside of your sessions when it comes to diet and nutrition, mindset, goal setting, accountability and motivation as well as access to a coaching app. You will get the most out of what you pay each month if you take advantage of all of these elements. Please see my Services tab for more details on the packages I offer.

Where are you based?I am currently PT-ing from Anytime Fitness in the city centre of Chelmsford. There is train and bus access and some city centre parking nearby. The gym is quiet, friendly and welcoming - it's a great atmosphere especially for anyone who may be nervous.

Do I need to have a gym membership?A gym membership at Anytime Fitness Chelmsford is preferred. A membership would be necessary if you want to use the gym in your own time and outside of any personal training sessions we have together.

I'm nervous! What shall I do?It's totally normal to feel nervous especially when you're starting something new that you may never have done before. But I always encourage clients to just make the first step. Maybe that's just reaching out at first and having a chat. Maybe it's then coming down to the gym to see the space and meet me. One step at a time. I've had so many clients start nervous or unsure and now they've built enough confidence to go to the gym alone with full confidence in themselves that they now know what to do. This may feel like a long way off for you, but my advice? Just start. Your future health and fitness will thank you for it.

Will you give me a meal plan?No. Only dieticians are able to give clients diet plans to follow. Instead, we will go over key nutrition guidance (you also get a nutrition e-book when you first sign up) and analyse weekly food diaries so we can make small tweaks and changes that are easy for you to implement now and then we build upwards from there. There's nothing worse than a diet full of restriction on top of starting a full on workout regime - you will more than likely give up if you take on too much too soon. I want you to make this a part of your lifestyle, so we will work together to ensure there is a balance and I will provide you with the knowledge and confidence to make sound dietary choices that will help fuel your workouts and achieve your goals.

Do you do gift vouchers?Yes I do have gift vouchers available. These are printed out and presented in an envelope ready to be gifted to your recipient and can be redeemed against any of my monthly packages. Contact me today if you'd like to find out more.
