MEET YOUR TRAINER

Hi, I'm Mel

and I’m a Female Personal Trainer in based in Chelmsford Essex specialising in women’s

fitness and pre and post natal coaching. I’m passionate about helping women become the

strongest and most confident version of themselves whilst achieving their goals and

embracing their body no matter what stage of fitness they may be at.

 

I know how intimidating the gym can be and so it’s my job to tailor your sessions to you and

your goals, in a fun and supportive environment.

My Vision

To help women feel like they belong in the weights area just as much as anyone else and to show them that there are other ways to exercise, move your body and feel good about yourself without having to spend hours on a treadmill or restricting yourself when it comes to nutrition. Exercise can be fun, empowering and make you feel like you can take on the world!
