Hi I'm Mel and I’m a Female Personal Trainer and Certified Glutes Specialist based in Chelmsford Essex. I’m passionate about helping women become the strongest and most confident version of themselves whilst achieving their goals and embracing their body no matter what stage of fitness they may be at.
I know how intimidating the gym can be and so it’s my job to tailor your sessions to you and
your goals, in a fun and supportive environment.
